All items come in a Peppermint gift box with a cotton wadding lining, and are wrapped securely in an unmarked envelope or packet that fits through a standard post box. For larger packet or parcel information, please get in touch.
At Peppermint, we are happy to offer a refund (minus p&p) if you wish to cancel or return an order.
You must inform us, in writing, within 7 working days from the date on which you received your order. You must make sure to take all reasonable care of the goods until you return them to us. All items should be in their original packaging. As returned goods are your responsibility until they arrive safely back with us, we recommend that you send them by traceable / registered post. We will refund the money as soon as possible, but within 30 days of receiving written notice of your decision to return the goods.
Bespoke or personalised items cannot, unfortunately, be refunded.
Please note that gemstones are a natural, organic product and so will vary in colour, texture and appearance. While every effort is made to match the gemstones, some variances can be expected. Additionally, a lot of the beads & focals that we use in our jewellery are handmade and so no two pieces will be exactly alike. We think this only adds to the authenticity of a hand-made piece & hope you do too!
